A: No. We are a service company specializing in Fire Life Safety Systems service, repair, monitoring and inspections who provides design/engineering and construction services to our service customers.
Q: Do you warranty systems not installed by your company?
A: Yes. We warranty all systems, which we hold the service accounts for, weather or not installed by Certifire. We will evaluate your system and make recommendations for any code deficient or maintenance issues, which may exist.
Q: Do you charge for consultation work?
A: We do offer consultation services for a fee, but this service is available to our account customers at no extra cost.
Q: Are you able to service all of my accounts even if the products in each of my buildings are different makes and models?
A: Yes. We are familiar with a wide variety of systems and manufacturers and maintain good relations with local dealers of various product lines for access to factory equipment and support.
